Annual Well Production Management

This package includes the following management services for each well, performed once per week, for a duration of twelve calendar months:

  1. Weekly Well Site Inspection

    • Confirm all well site safety guarding is in place and properly installed, and compliant with current OSHA standards.

    • Visually inspect the immediate area (Within a 10 foot radius) from the well head for any obvious fluid leaks.

    • Visually inspect all exterior mechanical components (Bearings, bushings, linkages) of the pumping unit.

    • Visually inspect pumping unit exterior power transmission system components for obvious damage.

    • Inspect above ground electrical conduit for visible signs of damage and confirm no exposed wires are present. Confirm all conduit connections above ground are secure.

    • Inspect all above ground piping, fittings and valves to confirm no obvious damage or leaks are present.

    • Open and close all above ground valves to verify proper operation and no obvious damage is visible.

  2. Pumping Unit Lubrication

    • All pumping unit rotating components are lubricated according to manufacturer’s specifications.

  3. Optional Daily Production Report

    • A detailed, but easy to interpret report containing data for all produced fluids captured at the holding tank, measured daily.

  4. Optional Weekly Production Report

    • A detailed, but easy to interpret report containing data for all produced fluids captured at the holding tank, measured weekly.

  5. Optional Monthly Production Report

    • A detailed, but easy to interpret report containing data for all produced fluids captured at the holding tank, measured monthly.
