This package includes the following management services for each well, performed once per week, for the duration of one calendar month:

  1. Weekly Well Site Inspection

    • Confirm all well site safety guarding in place, properly installed compliant to current OSHA standards.

    • Inspect the immediate well site area within a 20 foot radius from the well head for any visible fluid leaks.

    • Visually inspect all mechanical rotating components (such as bearings and bushings) of the pumping unit for potential malfunctions.

    • Inspect pumping unit drive system for damage and confirmation of proper operation.

    • Inspect above ground electrical conduit for visible signs of damage and confirm no exposed wires are present. Confirm all conduit connections above ground are secure.

    • Inspect all above ground piping, fittings and valves to confirm no damage or leaks are present.

    • Inspect all above ground valves to confirm proper operation.

  2. Pumping Unit Lubrication

    • All pumping unit rotating components are lubricated according to manufacturer’s specifications.

  3. Production Data Recording

    • Accurate data recording of all fluids produced at the holding tank.

  4. Detailed Monthly Production Report

    • A detailed, easy to interpret report that includes a weekly timeline of all fluids produced from the captured data described above.
